Listing our Place Again

To avoid the Spring listing rush, we're putting our place on the market this week. Hopefully, by putting up now, we'll avoid the plethora of un-serious listers who put their places on the market in the spring simply to see if they can get a good price, not because they actually want to move.

We've spent the past week updating our pied-a-terre's glam-factor by adding art, crystals to our chadelier and a border around our curtains.

Although it's too early to say, I think that all these changes combined with the time of year at which we're listing will hopefully produce the result we want - to sell.

Even though we don't really have a plan once we sell, I'm sure something will come together.
